This novel contains a title page illustration to the first English Edition of the text which has become detached from the book's spine. As per the information on the title page, this book was translated from the Spanish of Miguel de Cervantes and was reprinted from the first edition, 1612-1620. This book furthermore, contains two portraits, and eighteen plates and facsimiles of the original engraved titles. Most illustrations are covered over by a thin, film sheet.
